> belatedly i don't quite know what hte fuck is going on with ion and imprinting memories, either, and cannot confidently say i translated that bit right UPDATE: THANKS NAEL FOR HAVING MY ASS okay so instead of imprint i should have used the word "program" because the concept of programming a replica with memories/knowledge is a common trend in abyss and is true of Basically Every Replica except luke. usually it only acounts for procedural memory: how to talk/perform certain tasks (like daathic arts) and subsequently damages the replicas ability for emotional growth, which ion himself states. ALL THIS TO SAY ion has no idea what it's like to need to learn how to talk / any other skill from square 1 like libera needs to, so he really doesn't understand what libera is going through right now
