no okay anyway 8tracks died and the art of Creating Fanmixes became kind of a chore, so I started just yeeting songs that made me think of x character into a playlist on spotify and I've honestly hit the point where I'm probably never going to create actual Formal Fanmixes outta these (8tracks is fucking dead, cover art is always H), so uh

kratos feelings - if a song has ever given me even a fleeting emotion about kratos aurion, it's in this playlist. kinda messy but good. i did steal the first 10 or so songs from a fanmix on 8tracks sdlkjfmsdf
kharlan heroes - same as above. if a song has ever given me a kharlan heroes emotion, it's in here. some overlap with mithos and kratos playlists. hodgepodge of "sup fuckers we're ending a war" songs as well as "soft found family" shit as well as "oh god, grief". i keep thinking about reorganizing it to be roughly chronological but, like, effort. (probalby 50% of the songs fall in the first category, anyway)
kranna - slowly compiling kranna songs, as well. mostly full of a lot of like. vulnerability tbh slkfjsldjf but there's overlap for ywkon a little (less than there used to be), as well as some Sad Songs becuase like they're perfect kranna and i don't wanna lose 'em. desire is still my favorite song in this entire playlist.
yuan/botta - rarepair hill that i WILL die on. they're incredibly married and undisclosed desires kills me every time
colette core - just a bunch of songs that make me think of colette. some overlap for "ywkon colette songs that didn't have a place in the official ywkon colette mix" (torso, specifically, is one of those) but it's. just. colette core. god i have so many of these songs how did that HAPPEN lmfao. shout out to spine song, while i'm here. holy shit. leaves me dead on the floor every time

time displaced mithos - alternatively titled: "pre bullshit mithos", a collection of songs for him during the kharlan era. i think all of these are also in the "mithos but it's fucked up" playlist, and most of them are why that playlist has some tonal dissonance going on but i haven't gotten around to sorting it slkdfjsfm
mithos but it's fucked up - ruri kept throwing mithoscore songs at me, mostly have a vibe of "the world betrayed me so fuck it" or something else adjacent to him fucking shit up in his grief/madness/anger. some tonal dissonance.

"let go" is SO fucking rude, also fucked up that i didn't mention that the title of the playlist is "neither good nor evil" becuase that quote from klaus about malos ruins me. he's just an information processing unit....... neither good nor evil................ zanza/meyneth (XC1) - i don't now how i managed to get so many songs for this XC1 rarepair but i. sure have a lot of them and they're all fucking me up REAL good. two mortals who stumbled into godhood, who love each other but whose love turns to war as the millenia stretch out behind them. WAUGH.
zanzacore (XC1) - songs that give me zanza vibes, because i was tired of dumping them in the ship playlist. tfw you are a man who becomes a god and in that godhood decides you know what? i'm the greatest thing ever. everyone better worship me or else. yeah.
meyneth (XC1)- wanted a meyneth mix to match. soft techno from a goddess who loves you, from a woman who isn't sure how she got thsi deep.
mythra (XC2) - songs that make me feel things about mythra, which is a surprising 10 songs deep! (though probably only 8, the deva st john songs in there are mostly there because it's mythra's va lmao. but the lyrics stretch to fit). anyway tfw you are a computer god who doesn't know how to be human and now you have an anxiety complex becuase everyone treats you Different and Not Good Enough despite you. never learning how. to be what they expect you to be. anxiety, the playlist!
