before you get worried please note quest 4 does not have a cutscene
in fact neither does quest 7 or 9, (it's becasue there's usually 10ish cutscenes per event, and the raid takes 2 cutscenes,) SO before you get worried about numbers missing, that's intentional
also jade fucking curtiss owes me reparations for all the kanji i had to look up while he was giving me a goddamn lecture about fonon chemistry, asshole
