this is my new favorite Unda fic. the concept is like. everyone is living on space ships hurtling away from the void that is actively chasing them and trying to eat them. if you sing to the void, you can delay its chase. it's full of ghosts and hauntings. it's got my new favorite spin on basically all of the dave / sollux / karkat interpretations. it's got a really good gamzee, which is refreshing, since gamzee didn't feature much in unda's other fics. what if the dave and gamzee dynamic could make you insane. what if you were two scared little kids both haunted by your abuser's ghosts. what if you hated him because he was too much like you but you'd put your life on the line for him, anyway, no questions asked. the hate is not romantic also it's just. they're friends, but they hate to say they're friends, because friends is too small a word for whatever they have actually going on, and it's not romantic in any troll quadrant becasue they don't LIKE each other that much. driving me insane positive

What if Asch made a decision to put him a step ahead of his abuser, that gave him a way out, what if he learned to heal, and other such things. There is so much kindness and healing offered to the whole cast. I think Hilt and Pommel is my favorite overall but Smelt and Flux is another that I've gone to to reread when it's like 5am and i'm having trouble sleeping and need a comfort food (fic flavor) you know? yeah. We start with the Symphonia cast but over time the Abyss cast gets introduced and then some randos and Nael writes a fic and then I wrote ARTIFICIAL AEGIS PROJECT and it's just a thing it's this whole thing. xenoblade 2 rewrote my brain chemistry and made me really normal about the blade/driver dynamic because what about "blades are bound to their driver and will die when their driver does but can be reawoken after death just with no memories" WON'T make a man normal, you know? also you can commit vore and live forever, probably, as a blade. if you want. and don't mind the taste of human flesh.
it's just such a set of lore and i used it to put so many characters i liked into Situations.
if that's too much for you just read the 100k fic that i'm extremely normal about aka the one where Jade Curtiss (Tales of the Abyss) becomes ride or die best friends and platonic life partners with Mythra (Xenoblade 2) and they escape their abuser Citan Uzuki (Xenogears). it's the kh series i spent 8 years writing from when i was 13 years old til i was 21 years old (started 2010, finished in 2018). it's about trauma recovery. it's about alternate universes being just real and canon but also not the point of the fic. it's about clones. it's about normalizing the absurd. it's about shadow copies. it's about bodysharing. it's about learning to love yourself anyway. it is so insane that even though you could probably benefit from knowing the broad strokes of kingdom hearts, you probably won't hurt if you don't know shit all about it. repliku is my son forever and here's me writing him a happy ending which he fought getting to kicking and screaming so it took me the better part of 600k to get him there and then another 500k to wrap up the series because in that first 600k i introduced a lot of silly loose threads. i love this cast so much. it'd mean a lot to me. i perfectly understand if you don't.

What if precanon Vanitas wandered into being adopted by the Wayfinder trio thanks to the precanon AUness of it all. great fic about recovering from abuse. does Vanitas so well I will never be compelled to write my own Vanitas fic, because all I want is what Worry for Me did. might be tough if you aren't KH knowledgeable but because it is not only AU but also pre-canon, I think it's probably fine and I beleive in your ability to pick up lore as given in the text, also it's so very good, is the thing.

Asch is Nael's biggest blorbo of all time so you should read his 300k epic about Asch, but also about hte rest of the Abyss cast, in a retelling of the game that makes the characters a little less "stupid for the sake of progressing the plot" disease. What if Asch made a decision to put him a step ahead of his abuser, that gave him a way out, what if he learned to heal, and other such things. There is so much kindness and healing offered to the whole cast. I think Hilt and Pommel is my favorite overall but Smelt and Flux is another that I've gone to to reread when it's like 5am and i'm having trouble sleeping and need a comfort food (fic flavor) you know? yeah. Nael prose good.

IN WHICH I PUT VARIOUS TALES OF CHARACTERS INTO SITUATIONS WHICH INCLUDE THEM FOLLOWING HTE XENOBLADE 2 WORLDBUILDING, aka i got normal about blades and drivers sepsecially as a means to explore relationships, abusive or loving, and how the system is tipped unfairly against blades. i love it dearly.
We start with the Symphonia cast but over time the Abyss cast gets introduced and then some randos and Nael writes a fic and then I wrote ARTIFICIAL AEGIS PROJECT and it's just a thing it's this whole thing. xenoblade 2 rewrote my brain chemistry and made me really normal about the blade/driver dynamic because what about "blades are bound to their driver and will die when their driver does but can be reawoken after death just with no memories" WON'T make a man normal, you know? also you can commit vore and live forever, probably, as a blade. if you want. and don't mind the taste of human flesh.
it's just such a set of lore and i used it to put so many characters i liked into Situations.
if that's too much for you just read the 100k fic that i'm extremely normal about aka the one where Jade Curtiss (Tales of the Abyss) becomes ride or die best friends and platonic life partners with Mythra (Xenoblade 2) and they escape their abuser Citan Uzuki (Xenogears). it's the kh series i spent 8 years writing from when i was 13 years old til i was 21 years old (started 2010, finished in 2018). it's about trauma recovery. it's about alternate universes being just real and canon but also not the point of the fic. it's about clones. it's about normalizing the absurd. it's about shadow copies. it's about bodysharing. it's about learning to love yourself anyway. it is so insane that even though you could probably benefit from knowing the broad strokes of kingdom hearts, you probably won't hurt if you don't know shit all about it. repliku is my son forever and here's me writing him a happy ending which he fought getting to kicking and screaming so it took me the better part of 600k to get him there and then another 500k to wrap up the series because in that first 600k i introduced a lot of silly loose threads. i love this cast so much. it'd mean a lot to me. i perfectly understand if you don't.
